All items on our official website are located within our warehouses and immediately available for delivery within 1-2 working days. 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery (cash on delivery) or access payment in installments via Afterpay.

4. What are the delivery times?

Delivery of any product is expected within 1-2 working days. You will also receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

5. Can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number necessary to monitor the delivery status in real time.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. It will no longer be possible to modify the order or cancel it once it has been shipped.

8. Is it possible to make a return?

You can make a return within 15 days from the order delivery date. The product must be returned in its original condition and with intact packaging. To initiate a return procedure, please contact us through our customer service.

9. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

All our products are covered by a 2 year warranty for any manufacturing defects. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service for assistance.
